Overview

Create 6 product images of the briteOwl outlet to be used for multiple major e-commerce sites like Amazon, Wayfair, eBay, Newegg, and more.

Acceptance Criteria:

To be accepted by OwlPowerSolutions CEO, whose requirements are based heavily on e-commerce platform requirements.

-The image must be the cover art or a professional photograph of the product
-Drawings, illustrations and concept art cannot be used
-Background must be white
-Must demonstrate that the product emits a light from the bottom
-Must display packaging to the left (as seen in example photo)
-Must increase the intensity of the ON/OFF lights on the product

My Contributions:

I was directly responsible for selecting the best product images from several dozen, cutting out the images on Photoshop, adjusting the color intensity of the ON/OFF button, laying out the design of the product image, and displaying the light up feature through a gradient.

Rationale:

I decided to use a slightly off-blue gradient to exemplify the outlet’s light up feature after browsing product images on Wayfair’s site. I had seen a few other e-commerce photos on off-white backgrounds. Wayfair’s e-commerce photos are not explicitly available online, so I had to try it out and see if it was approved. The images are now only pending approval from Amazon.

Deliverables

-briteOwl Duplex 6 pack

-briteOwl Decora 3 pack

-briteOwl Decora 6 pack

Constraints
