A2F Ordering Application

OVERVIEW

Create a custom branded application for clients to order food and equipment from during sessions to reduce the amount of traffic coming in and out the door.
A2F serves small snacks and drinks that clients and guests can order. Interns must enter and exit soundproof doors to take and bring orders.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

-A2F cafe cannot be listed as a restaurant on a third party app like Doordash, it must run through a standalone app

-Must be able to connect to staff members devices to notify when an order has been placed

My Contributions:

I gathered images from Unsplash to fill in for photos not taken by the studio photographer. I selected and edited using Photoshop the best product photos from hundreds that the studio photographer did take. I have begun writing the product descriptions (cannot be completed until I am given the list of official modification options, ingredients, and price points). I created banners for each device necessary, and have started the process of having the menu mock-up be developed into an app through GloriaFood Ordering System. (This cannot be completed until I am given the funds needed to proceed.)

Rationale:

After creating a comparative analysis of several different apps created in an effort to ease the ordering process for restaurants, hotels/resorts, breakfast and bed inns, etc, I decided to use GloriaFood for one main reason. It was the most cost effective, seeing as many other programs required hefty monthly fees in anticipation of supporting an entire hotel or large eatery. Seeing as there are 3-4 suites at the studio to be ordered from, we only needed something to support a few rooms.

Constraints

-Studio photographer has not finished taking product images
-Apple Developer Account pending (waiting on information from employer)
-Application pending development (awaiting final payment from employer)
